I'm beginning to wonder if there is a point to this endless nattering of mine about fashion.
Is there anyone out of the millions of people on this planet who actually is interested in what I have to say?
Or are you (the few who actually visited this small town blog) sick of the fact that I've been off the radar for months. (due to internet porblems, but I'm not making excuses)

It's literally been months and months since my last post.
And trust me, that wasn't a choice.
Re-reading my old posts has made me realise how much I've missed it, and just when people actually started reading it, I had to stop.
I've had sooooo many internet problems the past six months with different companies so I haven't be able to post.
Sorry.
Anyway, I'm now staying at my dad's in Holland which i usually do once a year, and guess what? He has internet so that means for the next week it'll be posts galore.
If there's anyone (crazy) who still visits this ghost-blog-town, then thank you for your faithfullness-you really must have nothing better to do.

I've just been redaing some blogs on Handbag of people who have been to the shows. A few names were mentioned, so I did some research on the ultimate fashion website-Style.
Christopher Kane was one of them. He's a new designer who, with his sister Tammy, deisgned his first collection. Fluorescent, vibrant, 80's style. Here are some of his amazing outfits. Not necessarily beautiful, but striking and fresh.
The red has a real vixen feel to it, it's got a contrasting, big pink zip running right down the front middle and it looks like something Christina Aguilera might wear, in her new Flapper girl style phase.

The pink just reminds me so much of that corset dress that Madonna wore ( I saw it at the Fashion DNA in Amsterdam!) before she had kids and heard the words 'You're embarrassing me MOMMY!!'.
Moving on, I love the striking blue, if a Peacock was a person, that's exactly what they'd look like. Except the guy peacocks get all the pretty feathers.

New York Fashion Week

Just come back from Brighton. I haven't forgotten those leopard-print peep-toe flats I saw in River Island. SO cool! AArgh-but only in size 4!!! Anyway they were £25 and as soon as I find a picture, I'll show you. The website doesn't seem to have any pictures.
Anyway I also bought a pink bra for only £3. God I love bargains. What I didn't realise was I was trying it on in the men's changing rooms without realising! Anyway. So what am I loving right now?

Here are a few things I LOVED when I saw pictures from the New York fashion week.

I Love this red Zac posen dress. not only does it have bow, but it's made out of gorgeous looking material. I bet the dress floats right over your body.

I'm sure I've seen this somewhere before. No, I haven't it just looks a little like the pastel ruffle dresses from Alexander Mcqueen's Autumn/Winter 2006/07 collection I posted about before. Anyway. It's short, sweet and a heavenly white. I could just imagine bridesamaids at a weddingcatwaling down the aisle wearing this. Marchesa.

If you live in America, you don't have Topshop, and for that I am truly sorry. You don't know what you're missing out on. Actually you probably do. But I heard a rumour tht Topshop is scoming to you. Anyway, this dress is not Topshop, but it's Temperley. It reminds me of a dress in Topshop I was almost going to try on for fun because it looked so cute. I LOVE the blouse and dress combo.

Today I woke up thinking, 'I really can't go to town again' . I'm not joking when I say that my local town is so dull, you can literally count the number of good clothes shops on just one hand. Me and my friend Caroline had arranged to do something today, so what about the cinema? Hmm. Maybe not. The only thing showing was 'Monster House', 'You, Me And Dupree' and 'Driving Lessons'. Did I tell you how uninspiring my town is?
So to cut to the chase, like they always do in movies, me and Caroline ended up going to Lewes. That's a small, cute town with even fewer good shops than here but it was cute and had alot of cafe's. We spent the day browsing the shops, walking the high street, eating in an unusual cafe above the riverside. But-we also went to this Flea Market where I fell in love with thisbeautiful wardrobe with three full-length mirrors. I love going to place where they've got alot of old things. so anyway, it may never be mine, but I can try and show my mum...early christmas present???

It was a good day. We just caught our train back which was lucky!

And, my friend Caroline had a top she was given and didn't want. She gave it to me! i'm wearing it right now, it's so adorable! Red and white striped and sailor chic-I love it!

My mum's hoping, fingers crossed, to take me and my sister to America during Summer 2007.
I can't tell you how long I've been wanting to go again, I last went when I was four, which is great because I can't remember that much. Anyway, she has friends in Washington and California, and would really like to take us to see both. 'California, here we cooooooooooome' (I love The O.C!)
It would be a big fam holiday before I might start doing my own thing. It's my dream to swim with dolphins so I was wondering, does anyone know any places in Encinintas, California? And anything that I MUST SEE, or any MUST SHOP places, if I do luckily get to go to Washington and Encinitas, California? Thanks a lot!

So I have everything this year for school. The usual white blouses, fitting black Topshop trousers (thank you Topshop-they look great!), my navy-blue school sweatshirt, when I put it on I feel like I'm drowning-so baggy! Then I amazingly found some shoes that fitted! Over here thye have some weird thing that you can only buy shoes in whole sizes in most shops. Well, I'm a six and a half but luckily found some black ballet flats that were a 6 and fit! And I also found a tote, from New Look for only £10-it's a wine red with a brassy buckle-I like it's simpleness. So, that's me for school.
And incase you were wondering, our school doesn't do MUFTI (wear your own clothes day) anymore cos you get these HUGE fights between goths/emos and chavs.

Walk The Line

Reese Witherspoon won an Academy Award for her role as June Carter, and Jacquin Phoenix looked hot as Johnny Cash.
Last night I watched Walk The Line, I loved it, I'd love to go back to that time, or the time of Marilyn Monroe, Audrey Hepburn, you know, wouldn't it be cool to go back there and dress in those clothes etc? Not permanently, but anyway.

If you haven't seen it or heard of it, which is undoubtable, it's a film based on the life of (what they called at the time) rock-star-Johnny Cash and his soulmate, June Carter. Johnny starts of as Salesman and ends up touring America. I'm not great at reviewing, so basically, rent the film-it's unmissable! One of my new favourites.

Kate Spade Knows Style

Who the hell is Kate Spade? Do you know who she is?
I know she sounds familiar, but I had no real idea who she was until I raided the fashion section of my town library. I noticed a book called 'Style'. The cover was a simplistic statement that made me want to borrow it, and now here it is, at my home.

Style is filled with, I hate to sound predictable, but style! It's full of Kate's favourites-stylish films, books, costume designers, architecture. It has a whole directory on every colour and how it works with a style. It's written in an unusual, cosy, cute way. There's the wardrobe ABC, how to organise your closet, how to wear clothes at any place-the beach, at the office, partying, seasonal style. It's not necessarily fillled with stuff I'd jump up to wear, but it's a great way of teaching yourself 'good posture' and 'to create your own style', and learn about Kate's style.

Filled with quotes,such as-'Author Jacqueline Susann typed Valley Of The Dolls on a hot-pink IBM Selectric typewriter', and before you try, don't-I've looked on eBay. Kate talks of family items that hold memories for her, Style by Kate Spade, available at Amazon, is definitely recommended by me, and I haven't even read all of it yet! I've just found out she's also written 'Manners' and there's a Kate Spade Barbie!

Are The Scottish Trendsetters?

When I think of Scotland, this is what I see.

Now, this doesn't exactly look particularly stylish-(sorry)

But look at the Autumn?Winter Alexander Mcqueen collection-wool (Scotland's full of sheep, and cold too!), and tartan (the traditional costume, which Scotland is famous for).

Here's a tartan waistcoat for £35 from Topshop. I don't really like it but it's a good example of Scottish influence and you never know, it might look amazing on some people! It looks like it's from L.A.M.B.

Speaking of L.A.M.B, I had a look at the great Gwen's designs-here is a tartan cocktail dress.
I looove this liittle blazer, also from L.A.M.B. It's not cheap though, sorry-$485.

Known as the WAGs Captain, and serial-shopaholic, Victoria Beckham, wears this cute little grey tartan mini, an alternative to the usual red. I'm on the hunt for one.

'Milla Jovovich does not live here'", this is what was pointed out to me by my stepmum as we waited for my sister to buy pink converses in a shoe shop. We were in Delft, which is here in Holland, doing a little sight-seeing, it was a family day-trip.

So anyway, I stood there thinking-what the hell is that supposed to mean? Could it be a joke? Or maybe she did/does live there? Or maybe, as my step-mum pointed out, she did live there but her and her possible bf split up and the sign was for the postman, telling him she had moved out?

I have a picture of it on my camera so once I get it scanned, I'll post it on here. If you are some kind of huge Milla fan, then comment me for directions to this weird sign next to the door!

Some Stories DO Have Happy Endings

To cut a long story short, I got my luggage back.
Finally. 3 Days of wearing the same clothes, luckily I bought some underwear on the second.

Anyway, enough of that. BUt it did reaaaaaaaaaallly piss me off.

Although my dad didn't need to get me a whole new wardrobe in the end, he did buy me some new things. Let me tell you how much I love pumps. This much. So if you were such a huge pumps lover, wouldn't you be soooooooooo pissed off (second time I've used that word-I'm sorry) if you could never find any nice ones in your size. Mum said to me, well maybe you'll find some in Holland. I think I was blessed with luck-I did!!!! Blue glittery ones with a pretty bow on them too. They might not sound so appealing but they are very pretty and I feel cute in them! They're nice and cushy inside-FYI.
I also found a halterneck in a gorgeous green and a little 50s sunglasses symbol on the bottom corner for just 10 euros-6 pounds!!! I also found an unusual blue print halterneck, aslo 10 euros! The total was 27 pounds for these three items! And they were all form a shop called Bershka.
I love discovering new shops! So visit their site, there are some very pretty, magical animations under the Autumn/winter 06 collection.

My 2nd Home

As u might know, i'm Dutch and English too. Today I spent travelling to Holland (where i'll be for 3 weeks) spendinmg time with my family-Dad, little sister, Oma and dad's gf. MY sister's here too.
Gteting here was not too bad actually, my dad's flight to england was soo funny though, it was in true James Bond style. Long story.
But, a accoident form last Summer has been repeated-my luggage somehow fell of the luggage lorry and is left at Gatwick. Those baggage handlers must really be blind if they don't hear the lound thump of a zingy fushchia-pink suitcase hit the ground. 'might complain. So, my belongings and all my clothes are packed into that suitcase and until then, I have my hand-luggage and today's clothes. If i don't get those clothes back I will kill. On the plus side, my dad offered to buy me a whole new wardrobe in the meantime. But i still want those clothes back.

Oh and by the way, just so this has some form of 'retail tale'', I wnet to a H&M and found some very pretty, hawaiian flower hairclips in yellow. They were 2 for (this keyboard is Dutch so doesn't have pound signs) 2 pounds!

I'm baffled and breathtaken by the new Alexander Mcqueen Autumn/Winter 2006 collection. I know it's way too early, but they were way too special to miss out.

Nipped in at the waist, luxurious Victorian chic, bold, dark, wintery colours like greys, browns, greens, with some tartan too! There are ruffles too-it's all about the elegant chic. There's a real ghotsly, magical vibe. So, I'll say no more, here are some of my favourite looks from the collection.

I've got a NBW-it's Victoria's Secret. I can understand exactly why Ashlee Simpson has agreed to be the new face of the brand.

I love the ruffles on this bikini, and the peach colour is very pretty and unusual. $36, around £19.

Next is another one from VS. I adore this one, it looks so soft! It would look great in the colour in the pic or the mocha colour. Also $36.

I'v been looking at the discounted swimwear, and I've found a few things I'd like myself. This plain poppy-coloured bikini has a slightly padded halterneck triangle top, the bottoms are low rise and have bowtie-sides. Paris Was Amazing. And I Found Zara.

I looooooooooooooved Paris-if you haven't been there, u just have to go. I'll post some pictures up soon. I went to Parc Asterix, Disney, a River Cruise on the Seine, saw the Wild West (Dinner)Show at Disney and shopped at Cite Europe.
Not bad for 3 days, huh?
While I was at Cite Europe (French shopping mall), I went to H&M and found a cute little, cropped brown waistcoat for just under £5! It would look great teamed with a pair of denim hotpants, so I wanna get some of them too. Then I went to Zara, where I found a cool red slogan t-shirt for just £6!

I love this Zara dress which I found on the website, if anyone can find (or knows) the price of it, pleaaaaaaaaaaaase let me know!

So that was my Paris shopping escapade. :)

Preparing For Paris!

I can't wait- I'm going to Paris in ONE DAY!!!!! It's a school trip. OOOOOOOOOOOhhhhhh, I think u can tell I'm excited, cos I am!!! I really am!
So i thought it would be really appropriate to have Parisian style on this post. Well, and some Disney too (I'm going to Disneyland Paris).

First of all, Tinkerebell is veeeeeerrrrrrrrrrry cute, and that little green dress is great! ;] Here is a pretty Tinkerbell necklace (£5), and also a pair of Tink earrings (also £5)! I love the earrings. Once again, Asos for both.

This belt is so chiq, it would not look out of place with a stylish outfit shopping in boutiques in Paris. I just hate the price. It's La Redoute, £35. Reminds me of Kate Moss actually. I'm in love with it.

Something that would look great with the belt is this hat, also La Redoute. Perfect for chilly evenings in the city. £7.50 But don't go all black-remember it's Summer!

Cute Little Summerdresses

Once again, I've found some great stuff on asos-As Seen On Screen (clothes etc) in the style of celebs. If you're visiting, click on Summer Offers and have a look. I'm sure you'll find some great things. I was hoping to find a pretty and cheap summerdress.

This red and white floral dress is extremely cute (and very short) but very summery. It's only £15!

I love this simple glam, swishy white halterneck. I think I'm gonna get it. It's been reduced to just £10. What a bargain! Apparently it's in the style of Jennifer Ellison, but I wouldn't exactly call her a style icon.

This next one is supposedly in the style of madonna, and I think it's qquite a cool dress. Good coverage, so no chance of ass exposal, another swishy one in red. £12.

And finally, I just had to leave this one till last, I just looooooooove it. But it's so short!!! You'd have to wear it over a bikini on the beach or as a loooong top over shorts. Enough talking-here it is. Rdeuced from £28 to £15. The thought that's going through my head-Will I/Won't I?

It Must Be Love: Another Successful (?) Shopping Story

I think I seem to have some sort of weird...thing for finding tops a size too big (size ten), more than I'm prepared to pay, the last one left,and absolutely top of the absoutely gorgeous scale.

Did I mention the dark blue silk top I found for £15, slightly too big-but when you fall in love, you can't easily fall out of it. So even though I had other things to buy...you know the rest.
It happened again.
I was in New Look, about to leave, when I quickly scanned the racks and spotted a black and white print top. It was so unusual, so pretty, and the last one left. I'll describe. It was a halter neck, you have to tie it at the neck, it also had a panel that fastened underneath the chest and you also tied it at the back. I tried it on and it was love. Well, £18 and it's absolutely gorgeous, I know my budget was about £10 for a plain top, but f*** that. Pardon my language.

I just got this weird pop-up, I clicked on it and up came this website-No Scruf. It was founded by this swimsuit model called Terry Tarentelli, who apparently has become sick of stubble on men. She seems to have started something with the amusing phrase- 'We won't shave until men do'. The No Scruf girls are just letting their leg, armpit and monobrow hair grow free! It was just so funny. I know it has absolutely nothing to do with fashion, but you must visit this site! :D I can't work out if it's a joke!

I'm so happy. So happy. I know people say that retail therapy fades away and then you just need more the next morning, but when you find it incredibly hard to find jeans that look good on you and don't cost a bomb and FIND SOME, they really are lying.

On Tuesday I went to Brighton with some friends, I'd been saving and saving for that day so I could find, buy and come home with tons of bags in hand. Huh. No such luck. I came back with not a single thing. I guess it wasn't my lucky day, because that morning my mum's car broke down and a bus I may have taken to Brighton also broke down right infront of me (after my mum made a joke along those lines). It was so weird.

So I thought, well, what the hell, maybe I'll find something back home. So yesterday I went to town, and I found a whole outfit in just one shop! Bay Trading-sorry they have no website, which is so annoying cos i'd love to show what i bought. I had tried on this shrug there which wsa £15 for this tiny little cropped raspberry cardigan. But I loved it and I wanted it. Then I wsa looking for a nice top and some dark jeans. My friend Caroline shows me this cute coral top and I actually kind of liked it. it was reduced from £15 to only £7. Then, she found these amazing, dark skinny jeans, reduced from £25 to ONLY £10!!!!! I was ecstatic, but didn't get too carried away in case (as usual) they wouldn't fit. To cut an incredibly long story short, i tried the clothes on, it made an amazing outfit and I bought it-totaling at only £32-I was expecting to pay about £40 for jeans.

Now you know why I am happy.

Shorts are really good this summer, wherever you want to go, there's a pair of shorts to pull it off!

Got a sports day coming up? Maybe you need something summery to wear during PE? These cotton hot pants are perfect for you then. They're cute, beaded and only £6. This pair are blue, but from H&M you can get them in candy pink, black, white, blue etc. A Topshop find.

If you wear school uniform, these black mini shorts will make you stand out from the crowd at school. Most people wear trousers, occasionally skirts-do something completely different!This pair are from Warehouse and cost £25. Wear them with a cute pair of black pumps. But please don't wear hotpants to school.

If you're trying to achieve glam with shorts, this white pair make a good pair to try with. Just team the white denims with a luxurious material (like silk) on top, a pretty clutch and some peep-toes. (If you want an almost identical version in hotpants, keep scrolling down)

Wanna be bold? Wear these post-box red hotpants. I think they're very cool. Very bright! They'd look really good with wedges and a plain white top. Add some pretty accessories! £19.99 - River Island.

Like the denim-shorts-on-the-beach Cowgirl look? These shorts from Topshop are sooo nice. They'll look so good with a tan and the white is a classic for summer. The downside is that they're £28. Another Topshop find.

One of a kinds/limited amounts made are so popular that I knew this was a good post to do.

I've found several websites of people who make really unique accessories, clothes, bags etc.

Here are some I reallllly looove.

Oh my god, this piano clutch is fab! If you play the piano and think of yourself (modestly) as the next Mozart, you've gotta get it. It's $42 , which is £22.62 from Naughty Secretary Club.

Here's another cool clutch. This one is very colourful as you can see, it's called Rainbow Briz-ite $42-£22.62. Great for a summer party.

Wow. Don't you think these hairclips are so pretty? The flowers are vintage and made in Japan. So pretty. I want. $12-£6.46!

Please remember that if you want these things, you better get your hands on them quickly as there are limited amounts.

A Touch Of Minnie

I'm suggesting you take a touch of Minnie and add it to your wardrobe.

Okay, so the reason for my love for Miss Mouse is quite simple. On the 7-10 July, I'm going on a school trip to Pariswith my friends. I can tell you, I can't wait-I'm so excited!!! Even though I carried a Mickey Mouse lunchbox around at school when I was little, and had numerous Minnie Mouse birthday cakes, I've never been to Disneyland! But I did, and do, love Disney.

So, back to Minnie. Look at her here; the little mouse is wearing a cute little white and red polka-dot dress-which is how I always think of her.
Dots are everywhere, which, in my opinion, is a great thing!

I love this little striped halter dress, £35 from Miss Selfridge. And although it doesn't fit the dot theme, it's got stripes, and it's cute.

I looooooove these shoes by Marc Jacobs! Even though I'd probably never, ever wear them-look at the little mouse!!!

You have to have some form of dotty underwear (infact, I have to get some). I love this pair from Dorothy Perkins! £4 each.

Okay, so I always have my Aloe Vera Vaseline with me which you can buy basically anywhere, you must have heard of it, and it is so cheap! Just 99p.

But the Body Shop (god, I love that place) has a gorgeous lip-balm, which smells so summery and fruity. It's Satsuma Shimmer Born Lippy. You can get it for £3.50.

My friend Bec has this delicious smelling lip-balm, I can promise you, you'll want to eat it as soon as you smell it! It's cherry flavoured ( I looove it) it smells SO nice! You can get it from Boots and probably other pharmacies. It's called Cherry Lypsyl. Mmmmmm...You can get it for under £2! I love sniffing it.

Look at these great earrings that Sienna wore. The attached hoops are really unique and only cost £4.

And remember Mischa in that white bandeaux dress? Well, at Asos, you can get a top version,AND the actual dress (£25)! I love the top because you can get it reversed in black too! Can you imagine wearing this to a party? I can. Oh, its £18.

Jessica Simpson's halter-top isn't even as cool as this one, which is in her style! It's £16, available in green, white and black.

And I know this annoying Celeb Big Brother winner is hardly someone to base your style on, but think this dress is really cute.It's £35

A Pretty Summer Top

Yes, you need one. A pretty summer top is one that you a) you love and b) is summer-able (my new word, you like it?)

I don't usually go for purple, but this top is gorgeous! I really love the different colours, the different layers, floaty feel, and the gathering under the bust. It would look at great alot of places-the beach, a party, shopping, seeing friends, it's very wearable-with the right accessories and clothing, it can adapt to its environment!
And even though it's £18, which is kind of a lot for a top, I think it's kind of worth it.

I don't know about you, but if I could go back to anytime, one of the eras I'd go back to would probably be the Roman times. The women had such style. So it's no surprise that the ancient style is b-a-c-k.

WARNING-not cheap

This Sass&Bide dress doesn't keep to the expected colours for summer and what the ancient Greek women would wear, but teamed with a light-coloured clutch, shoes or accessories, and maybe even a glowing tan, this would look, in the words of Gwen, super-duper! The ruffles are very pretty and the silver beads add pretty detail. But I warned you-it's £211.25, on sale at net-a-porter.

Thongs/sandals whatever you call them, they are very cool. I love this pair from Dorothy Perkins, they'll complete your whole 'Greek' outfit, and would also look great with denim shorts or a mini-skirt. They're available in brown or silver, but I love this brown pair. £18!

Okay, so I realise that maybe putting that expensive dress here was a bit unfair. With my allowance, it would take me about four months to get that, and by that time, everyone will be wearing wool again. So, I am now searching for another...reasonably priced this time-pinky swear! ;)

.......Results! I've found some great printed dresses and a plain white cotton dress to keep with the light, airy feel.

Here they are-

the dress in the example pic at the top of this post is from H&M and is only £9.99! The red is a more unusual touch to the look. Here's another one from H&M (God, i love them) which is £10 more expensive, but I especially love the red/orange detail round the chest. £19.99.

And finally, if you're going for the more classic Greek look, then get this (or one like it) white cotton dress from New Look for £22!

I know I said I wouldn't, but I was on net-a-porter, and by chance, I found these AMAZING earrings, they would completely, totally, absolutely (can i think of anymore?) finish your Goddess outfit. They are so unique, i just wish they were £5 in a nearby chain store! But no, they're £60. But so, so, so worth it. Only negative is, if you lose them, the only person you should be afraid of is yourself! Juicy Couture.

Is it just me or when you think of Chanel, the colours black and white come to mind. I have a feeling it's not just me.

If I was one of those 'rich bitches' (as my friend George calls me-but I have no idea why), and I went to a private school, I would definitely wear this dress from Chanel. To me it just screams elegant schoolgirl. It's from their spring haute couture collection. Infact, I could just imagine a rebellious girl at a convention wearing this.

Practical or Perfect?

In Bay Trading and I found this really lovely, little rasperry coloured shrug. It was SO nice! Naturally, I tried it on, and it really added colour to my outfit. So this little shrug was £15. Which, I think is a little too much. But it was very nice.

Later on we were in Topshop, and I was looking through the buy-one-get-one-frees, (most of which were not that nice and none in my size) when I found this amazing top. It really is something special. 100% silk, dark blue, crinkled material, nearly halter-neck and nearly backless. Can you imagine it??? Well, if you can, it's 20 times better than that. It was reduced from £25 down to £15, so i bought it, even though that little raspberry shrug was still in my mind...but I got these pretty french knickers free with it , so that was a bonus.

But I really can't make my mind up whether I should bring it back or not. I mean should I just the Practically Cute or the Perfectly Uniquel? I know the Perfectly may sound better, but really it is not something you can wear everyday.

I'll let you know what I decide.

A beautiful dress is something scared, something to always keep in your wardrobe.

Now, I don't have dances at my school, and I'm not a celeb, and I definitely don't live in Newport, but I used to live in cute little informal dresses when I was little.

Vera Wang is a genius. I can really imagine Mischa Barton in this stylish black dress.

Here's a cute Diane Von Furstenburg dress. It's cute and casual, so it doesn't have to hide out the back of your wardrobe till the next formal party you're invited to. Look at the cute bow and collar!

Pink got married in one of Jenny Packham's bridals, which comes as no surprise to me. I love the colours and the style...

I know the Oscar's were a while ago now, but my mum's friend passed on an old Hello! mag and I was flicking through-it was an Oscar special. I found these absolutely gorgeous dresses.

Keira Knightley looks so beautiful in this amazing made-to-fit-her Vera Wang dress. I love it. I want it. She even put it on Ebay and the auction's proceeds go to Oxfam to help the drought in East Africa!

Dreams...

My dream is to be a Fashion Journalist, I think it would be an amazing job, and it would be alot of hard work. I love fashion etc so to me right now, it seems like the thang I wanna do.
But here are some more of my dreams...

Here are some things which are in my dreams...(along with many more things)

-Marissa Cooper/Mischa Barton on The O.C has the most AMAZING clothes, god that girl is lucky, not only is she beautiful, but she's got a wardrobe which is great.

-One of those designer perfumes..you know, me and my friends go to Debenhams and spray the testers allover us like there's no tomorrow, okay, maybe that's me doing that, but I'm trying to find my signature scent. So it's gotta be really lovely and gorgeous etc. Know of one? Drop me a line.

-One of those cowboy hats, and one of those big boho hats for in the summer on the beach (well, when English weather permits)teamed with a pair of those glam sunglasses that make me look like a bug!

-Honey-coloured holiday tan :) Honestly, everyone living in hot countries-you've got it made!

Red Hot Chili Peppers

The Red HOT Chili Peppers/RHCP have the greatest music. They are so amazing, every song is great and the words MEAN something. The band is made up of 4 men-Anthony Kiedis (mmm), Chad, Flea and John Frusciante who has also releases his own music.
They've been around for so so so long. There have been so many chili peppers in the band, but Anthony and Flea have always been in it.
My whole family is into their music, my dad, my sister, my mum (she wants Anthony) and me too. Right now, their music is blasting from the kitchen.Oh yes, it's Scar Tissue-'with the birds I share this lonely view,'
Their music has so much love and feel to it, it kind of gives me a lift when I hear it. It's my Summer music.

You might wonder, why the hell is she going on about RHCP on a Fashion website???? Well, cos Music is Fashion, and Fashion is Music. Apart form the fact that I love them, so I put them on!

So go buy their album , they've had tons out.

CityShorts á la Mischa Barton

I love magazines, and nowadays every magazine you open on atleast one page there will be Mischa Barton-she is pretty much my fashion inspiration and I'm not surprised that she's in mkost mags. But a few months ago I saw her wearing these cityshorts and I was like, wow, they look good and I just really liked them. So anyway,I recently went shopping with my friend. We decided to go to TOPSHOP, I was searching through the racks of buy-one-get-one-free's and I was about to give up when I spotted this pair of black pinstriped cityshorts, they were fitting and they were in my size! So, I ran to the changingroom...luckily they fit and obviously i bought them.

Here are some cityshorts I found, they're not my pair, but I think they're quite cool. But not as cool as mine ;)
